1. Our commitment
TheAdvocatePath.com wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and we review the site against those guidelines as we make changes.
2. What we've done
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms and accordions, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link.
- Text and background color combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements.
- Form fields with programmatic labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
- Illustrations with text alternatives, and no content that flashes.
- Text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
