Submitting this form tells us not to do either going forward. It cannot retrieve information already forwarded to an attorney, but you can contact that attorney directly.
We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide with our records, respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days), and never treat you differently for exercising a right.
